Some new customers have been having problems understanding to purchase SEO and GEO IP addresses that :
1) They need to be hosting with us
This is because these IPs are on our servers
2) They need reseller hosting, not just shared hosting.
This is because when a reseller creates a user for a domain, they can select which IP to use for that user.
(You may of course purchase Reseller Hosting and SEO/GEO IPs a the same time)
We have had to make a number of Refunds as people have tried just to buy IPs, which of course they cannot use with their existing hosting. Obvious to us, but not to them.

Yesterday and today some p2p activity has been spotted on the shared hosting servers.
All user accounts involved in these activities and domains hosted by these users have been terminated with immediate effect.
In order to make sure that our servers performing well and p2p is banned anywhere on our shared hosting.
If p2p services are required then please look elsewhere.
All user accounts caught performing p2p will be terminated immediately.
